Decoding complexity, empowering decisions.
I am a professor of Business Leadership and Intelligence at Roma Tre University, where I lead the Business and Collective Intelligence Lab. My research team is inspired by wild and challenging ideas and strives to create a more just and promising world.
We combine methods from network science, natural language processing and machine learning with theories from the social sciences, psychology, humanities and linguistics to advance knowledge and discovery about management and human behavior. I invented the Semantic Brand Score and the OCEAN Change Management Model, with the aim of developing practical tools that drive meaningful impact. Our team specializes in brand analytics, helping organizations understand and optimize their brand performance. We also focus on change management and executive coaching, guiding organizations and leaders through complex transformations while unlocking human potential.
We work with colleagues from leading international institutions, such as the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, Northeastern University, Université du Québec à Montréal, ISTAT, ENEA, Mount Sinai Hospital (NY), Politecnico di Torino, Free University of Bozen, Kozminski University, and many others.
